Every 3 years we are audited and accredited by an independent panel called Investors in People. The goal and purpose of Investors in People is assess the organisation, particularly the employees to learn more about how we work, how we treat each other, what we can do to improve and support one another, etc…
In 2011, 2014 and most recently in 2017, we were awarded Gold after our assessments.
Unfortunately our next assessment fell on the most troublesome year of 2020, a year that we will all likely remember in future times to come. After our recent assessments, we achieved Silver status from the Investors in People, which is still a very good achievement for any firm!
Whilst we are still proud to achieve a Silver in 2020, we will take the feedback we received from the Investors in People and use it to improve our workplace and environment for all current and future employees.
