Skelmersdale based, personal injury solicitors, Scott Rees and Co, has retained our status in the highly coveted Legal 500 for a second year in succession. The firm, who were founded in 1992, have been recommended as Personal Injury Claimant, under the insurance category.
Now in its 29th year, the Legal 500 series is widely acknowledged as the largest legal referral guide in the world, with more than 250,000 corporate counsel’s survey and interviewed each year. Firms that appear within the guide are recommended purely on the merit of their work and it is the only guide that truly reflects the needs of corporate counsel by focusing on strength in depth of the practices and associates.
Upon hearing the news that they had retained their Legal 500 status, Scott Rees & Co Marketing Partner, David Byrne, expressed his pride in the achievement, stating:
“Last year was the first year that we had been listed in the series, which was a huge achievement for us. Retaining our status as a Legal 500 firm is important to us as it recognises every element of our business and as a fully comprehensive package. “
“In the past we have managed to retain awards and accreditations that recognise the individual elements of our business, such as the Investors in People and Lexcel, but to retain this prestigious status is testament to our hard work and ability to continue innovating in what is an ever changing marketplace.”
“ I would like to take this opportunity to thank those who recommended us this year, from the businesses we associate with and of course, most importantly, to our clients who have provided references for the service we have provided them. We hope to continue to offer this high level service and maintain our status as a Legal 500 firm for years to come.”
Scott Rees and Co now specialise in dealing with a variety of personal injury claims, after initially setting out as Road Traffic Accident Specialists. They now offer their services for medical negligence, catastrophic injury, employment liability, public liability and holiday sickness claims.
It has been a good year for the firm so far as they were named a finalist for the Red Rose Lancashire Business awards in January and they also hold the Gold accreditation for Investors in People.
