Lexcel is the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for practice management and client care.
Law firms that hold this prestigious accreditation must meet the high standards set across seven areas: Structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people management, risk management, client care, file and case management.
Being accredited with the Lexcel certification shows the competence of the law firm in being able to deliver a high quality service to the client.
In 2018 we were re-accredited with the Lexcel certification for another 3 years. However, we are still required to have annual maintenance visits to ensure that these high standards are kept!
So… after our recent audits, we are pleased to confirm that our first annual maintenance visit (AMV1) for re-accreditation to Lexcel England and Wales has been successful!
