Scott Rees & Co have launched a new family law service and promised to offer the very best support and guidance for people in the hardest hour.
The Skelmersdale based firm rolled out the new service for family law at the back end of last week and revealed that they will keep their prices competitive for all of their customers and there will be fixed fees for most cases.
Managing Partner Royston Smith has underlined the importance of offering family law services to the public and explained how Scott Rees & Co will take from the good work they have been doing for the past 20 years in the personal injury industry, to ensure they develop an outstanding service.
He said: “Over the past 20 years the most important thing to us in regards to our work in personal injury has been the excellent feedback we receive from our clients. We are extremely client focused and always strive to help and support people as, and when, we can, which is displayed in our client care survey from last year.
“We pride ourselves on being great listeners and over the past few months we have been looking towards offering people, not necessarily what they want, but what they need, which was care and support when it came to family issues.
“Obviously we would prefer it if people didn’t need these services but we also understand that things happen and when they do people really do need a supporting ear and we hope people will recognise our outstanding commitment to client care over 20 years in the personal injury sector, and let us help them.”
Scott Rees’ new family law team will be headed up by solicitor Rachel Driscoll and will offer support for divorce, ancillary relief, separation, change of name deeds, child support and child proceedings, which includes residence, contact and parental responsibility.
