Earlier this month, respected accreditation providers, Investors in People, visited our office to assess us. We are immensely proud to reveal that the assessment was a huge success and we have once again retained our Gold standard.

The certification confirms our commitment to our staff in providing an enjoyable working environment. It also recognises the high quality training we provide and our ability to motivate staff.

Proud of Achievement

Marketing Partner for the firm, David Bryne (Pictured), spoke of his pride at the achievement. He said:

“We are constantly investing in the quality of training we supply to our staff. Their motivation and development is extremely important to us, as it allows us to continue to perform and grow as a firm. Retaining our Gold status is a massive achievement and one we are immensely proud of. To consistently exceed the minimum standard is real testament to the hard work that goes on behind the scenes.

David is referring to the fact that the firm managed to secure a total of 130 grading points. This exceeds the  minimum standard of 125 and ensures that the firm retains their Gold standard comfortable. They first achieved Gold recognition in 2011 and hope to continue to retain it moving forward.

The Investors in People are the leading management standard in the UK. They provide a flexible framework to help business to improve their performance.
