North West legal firm, Scott Rees & Co has retained their gold status with Investors in People. This fantastic achievement confirms that we still have the cutting-edge when it comes to people management.
To achieve the gold award standard set by the Investors in People, the Skelmersdale based firm who employ more than 220 people, were required to meet a minimum of 125 evidence requirements revolving around business performance and people management.
Not content on just meeting the minimum requirement, the firm excelled themselves by meeting 130 to secure their Gold status, which they were originally awarded in 2011.
Pauline Shaw, who is head of the Human Resources department at Scott Rees & Co said: “It is fantastic news and we are extremely proud to retain our Investors in People gold status.
“A lot of time and investment goes into our staff to ensure that we continue to offer the highest standards when it comes to career progression, opportunity and productivity.”
