Skelmersdale has been a fantastic location and home for us for many years. 25 years in fact! We are grateful to have had the opportunity to flourish in Skelmersdale. However, we feel that now is the right time to move on and move forward.

When are we moving?
We will have relocated to our new offices by Monday 4th December 2017.
Will this disrupt or delay your case in any way?
Rest assured that we anticipate no disruption at all from our move in regards to the progression of your case.
What changes should you be aware of with the move?
Apart from our address, there shouldn’t be any other changes! Our email addresses, direct dial telephone numbers, your case handler, your reference numbers and even our opening-closing times will remain exactly the same.
Should you be worried or have any other questions for us about our move, please do not hesitate to contact your case handler.
Can you make a claim?
Of course you can! As mentioned above, we anticipate no disruption at all. To make a claim you just need to call us or fill in the claim form. We are open from 9am – 7pm on weekdays and closed during the weekends. Alternatively you can leave a message and we will contact you at a time that suits you best!
