If the debt does not pass the insurer's criteria for insolvency cases to proceed under a Conditional Fee Agreement we can still assist you at competitive rates.

 Examples of suitable cases could be where the debtor has raised a defence, which in our view stands a reasonable chance of success, or where the evidence is insufficient for us to assess the risk.

 Proceedings can be drawn up by us, or counsel if required and a summons issued in a county court.  From the time that proceedings are issued, the debtor has a very limited time to fully ‘plead’ his defence, forcing them to commit themselves to a particular argument.
