No Win, No Fee

Personal injury claims are pursued through a process called No Win No Fee; irrespective of whether you win or lose, you will not have to pay a penny.

Under the No Win No Fee process, claimants enter into a Conditional Fee Agreement with Scott Rees & Co Solicitors.

If your case does not succeed, an insurance policy arranged and paid for by Scott Rees & Co pays for any legal costs and disbursements (eg court fees, experts’ fees, traveling expenses) incurred during the claims process.

If your case is successful your legal costs and disbursements are paid by the opposing side and you keep all of the compensation awarded to you.

Please note you could be liable to pay our costs and disbursements if you fail to co-operate with us, resulting in your case being closed and/or if you give us false or untruthful information.
