Scott Rees provides an efficient and results-driven Debt Recovery service.

Using a very simple, but effective No Win No Fee strategy, we can pursue bad debt without charges to the client or deductions from the money owed.

We work for clients in many different sectors, from utility companies and local authorities to plant hire firms and professional organizations. We even act for other firms of solicitors.

How does it work?

  • We assess your case free of charge.
  • If the debt passes a simple test, we pursue the bad debt using a Conditional Fee Agreement
  • We arrange and pay for an insurance policy to cover any potential costs
  • If we are successful, the debtor repays your money, plus our costs and a success fee
  • If we are unsuccessful, you do not pay us anything. The insurance policy which we have taken out will cover any costs and disbursements incurred

If Scott Rees is unable to pursue your debt through the No Win No Fee strategy, our knowledgeable and experienced team can still help. Using state-of-the-art debt recovery systems, we can undertake casework on a fixed fee basis with competitive rates.
