For peace of mind and clarity, all our work is carried out on a fixed fee basis.

We ensure clients are regularly updated with the progress of their transaction, and are fully aware of additional disbursements (expenses) such as searches, Land Registry fees and Stamp Duty.

We can also offer expert advice in other areas including

Transfer of Equity - the transfer of one owner’s share of the property to the remaining owner, subject to an existing mortgage.
Deed of Gift - the same as a Transfer of Equity, but where no payment is made.
Part exchanges - often with estate agents and builders.

Remortgaging

Our specialist Re-mortgaging Department aims to complete a re-mortgaging transaction within 10 working days from the receipt of the mortgage offer.

During the re-mortgage process Scott Rees can also help clients make amendments to title deeds, such as adding, changing or removing names.
