Conveyancing Quality Scheme
In 2011, the Law Society created the CQS. It was described as “a trusted community to deter fraud and continually improve standards across the residential conveyancing sector”. The scheme is for law practices offering residential conveyancing as a service.
The quality mark benefits both law firms and clients. For the client, it guarantees quality and best practices. It also allows clients to have confidence in the skills and experience of those handling their case.
For the firm, it is an attractive accreditation that ensures that client satisfaction is as high as possible. The quality mark allows sharing of best practices and guidelines to provide a positive customer experience.
A culmination
