No Win No Fee
With a No Win, No Fee agreement if your case does not succeed your legal costs and disbursements are covered by an insurance policy, which is arranged and paid for by Scott Rees & Co. This means you will have nothing to pay. If your case is successful your legal costs and disbursements are paid for by the opposing side again there are not costs for you to pay. You also keep all of the compensation awarded to you.
You could be liable to pay our costs and disbursements if you fail to co-operate with us, resulting in your case being closed and/or if you give us false or untruthful information.
