SCOTT REES BOLSTERS PRACTICE MANAGEMENT TEAM

PERSONAL injury solicitors Scott Rees & Co has strengthened its practice management team with the appointment of its first Compliance Officer.

Tracy Keevil has joined the Lancashire firm to fulfil the newly created position following an extensive career within the insurance sector.

She previously worked as a Customer Relations Manager at AI Claims Solutions and before that as a Claims Quality Manager for Admiral Insurance.

Scott Rees employs more than 185 members of staff, providing fast and efficient claims handling expertise with proven accident management and uninsured loss recovery solutions

Tracy explained: “As the firm’s Compliance Officer, my role is to ensure consistent high standards across all sectors of our work. It allows me to identify examples of good practise and assist areas of the business which may require extra support and resources.

“Working as a Compliance Officer is a fresh challenge for me personally but I bring a wide range of skills and experience to the new role.”
