Elbow injury

Elbow injuries are commonly sustained from falling over and landing on your elbows. It can also be sustained from over-use due to repetitive elbow movements at work.

Employer's liability

An employer owes a duty of care to all employees working for them. If you are injured at work, you may be able to claim against your employer if they have breached this duty.

Expense

Expenses are charges incurred as a result of your injuries. This is money paid that can be reimbursed to you, such as taxi fares if you are unable to drive as a result of the accident.
